Is it a HOT Market?

This is a question I’m constantly being asked. Well I’ll answer it this way; it’s the best I’ve seen in my 35 year career as a Realtor. I have been selling property with-in hours with multiple offers, some selling higher than list.

How sustainable is it? Is this just a blip on the radar screen that we'll look back on in a year or so? Honestly, this is not going to last forever, it can go back as quick as it came! If you are considering selling, do it now! It’s been a “Seller’s Market” for the past few months, but beware, that will change as it always does. No one can forecast how long rates will stay low or when the Buyer pool dries up.

There is no magic bullet to successfully selling homes in any market. Take control of your largest financial asset, houses do not sell themselves. Whether you’re in a Hot, Cold or Neutral market, the Realtor you choose should have a tried and proven marketing system to achieve optimal results.
