Since 1986, after extensive experience in the new home construction and renovations industry, I made a career change and became a licensed Realtor®, at the challenging time when mortgage rates were hit 21%. Then and now, I enjoy helping clients through hurdles, and transitions of either purchasing their new homes, or selling several homes throughout their lifetime.
With the knowledge and experience of my background in new home construction, renovations, and restorations; it helps me identify issues so I can advise my clients what is in their best interest before it becomes a problem to protect their investment.
The result is enjoying many long-term, trusted relationships, with my clients who now have been expanded to include clients' friends, children, and grandchildren.
For me, it is building those life-long relationships and helping my clients that warms my heart and is truly rewarding as a Realtor®.
